Boiler Service & Inspection

Full annual boiler service including flue check, heat exchanger inspection, pressure test, and gas safety certificate issued on completion.
Central Heating Installation

Complete central heating system design and installation. Includes boiler, radiators, thermostatic controls, and full system commissioning.
Leak Detection & Repair

Non-invasive leak detection using specialist equipment. We locate and repair leaks in pipes, radiators, and underfloor heating systems.
Power Flushing

Full system power flush to remove sludge, rust, and debris from your central heating. Improves efficiency and extends boiler life.
Bathroom Installation
£1,800 - £3,500
Full bathroom strip out and installation including tiling, plumbing, and finishing. Supply only or supply and fit packages available.

Yes. We operate a 24/7 emergency callout service including weekends and bank holidays. Emergency rates apply outside standard hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm). We aim to attend within 2 hours of your call.

A new boiler installation typically costs between £1,800 and £3,500 depending on the boiler model, your property size, and the complexity of the existing system. We provide free no-obligation quotes for all installations.
Yes. All our work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. New boiler installations also carry the manufacturer warranty which is typically 5 to 10 years depending on the model.
For standard (non-emergency) bookings we are typically available within 2 to 3 working days. During busy periods this may extend to 5 working days. We will always give you an accurate timeframe when you call or submit an enquiry.
